Availability starts at 9 AM — 7 days a week (Except for Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day).

We ask for 24 hours notice but can sometimes fit clients into our schedule. Please feel free to call, chat or email us today to check our availability.

A member of our management team will respond to assist you within the hour during normal business hours.

Summit Executive Cleaning provides Residential cleaning. Our basic residential cleaning services include the following: 

Kitchen

  • All countertops and surfaces
  • Stove and oven
  • Fridge/Freezer inside and out (refill ice trays and keep or throw food)
  • Microwave inside and out
  • Sink and faucet cleaned and polished
  • Dishes done and put away
  • Dishwasher clean and empty
  • Appliances cleaned
  • Floors swept and mopped check under the edge of cabinets and under rugs
  • Cabinets and drawers organized
  • Stock supplies such as soap, towels, trash bags, laundry soap (owner provided or provided by us)

Dining Area

  • Wipe down tables/chairs/bar stools
  • Vacuum/ Sweep floors
  • Full dust including chandelier/light fixtures

Living Room

  • Clean fireplace
  • Dust everything including TV, lamps, shades and decorations
  • Sliding glass doors inside and out
  • Sleeper sofa strip linens and replace with new sheets. Ensure spare blanket and pillow in a closet close by if rental
  • Vacuum

Bathrooms

  • Toilet
  • Bathtub and showers…including walls
  • Sink
  • Mirrors
  • Wipe down all surfaces
  • Floors swept and mopped (vinegar on wood floors unless other instructions are given)
  • Stock with towels and supplies if needed

Bedrooms

  • Strip beds/pillows and change linens
  • Dust everything
  • Clean all glass/mirrors
  • Closets look organized (for rentals)
  • Drawers empty (for rentals)
  • Under bed clean and clear (if rental)
  • Vacuum

General

  • Sanitize all phones
  • Trash empty and taken to dumpster. Replace can liner
  • Stairway and Halls vacuumed or swept
  • Doormats vacuumed or shaken out
  • Laundry room clean and organized (lint tray emptied)
  • Supplies and linens stocked
  • Any maintenance issues noted to owner/property manager
  • Patios/garages free of debris.
  • Be sure all windows and doors are locked
  • Notify property manager of any found items
  • Trash removal when requested.
